Nice hotel, the idea of having a double room was great. The staff I met were very helpful and really helpful. The property was in an incredible location, in the middle of jackson. What's more, it was just off the restaurant and the forest and airport and town. Liked this hotel, had relaxing experience.

I booked an a double room with a flat-screen TV with cable channels, climate control, and an individual safe. I truly enjoyed that this hotel offered wake-up service.

the primera dru hotel&spa is super clean and in a great location. it's close to on Sunday - so you have easy access to local shops and restaurants. the staff is really helpful, and Alina gives an amazing massage. the rooms are beautifully decorated, and the beds are comfy. breakfast is great too!

The rooms at Primera Dru Hotel & Spa were cozy and comfortable. I loved the air conditioning which kept me cool during the hot summer days. The wardrobe was spacious enough to fit all my clothes and belongings. The private bathroom had free toiletries, which was a nice touch. I felt relaxed and at ease in the room as a budget traveler.

Although the room was great, I personally didn't find the bathrobe necessary. It's just my opinion, and I understand that some people might enjoy having it.

The hotel had great amenities, from the spa to the restaurant, everything was simply beautiful. The staff was very helpful and professional, making me feel very welcome during my stay. Also, the location was fantastic, with easy access to the city and airport.

Dieses Hotel war ein echtes Schnäppchen! Wir konnten ganz einfach mit der U-Bahn vom Flughafen zum Hotel fahren, da es einen nahegelegenen U-Bahn-Stop gab. Die Zimmer waren zwar klein, aber gemütlich und hatten alles, was wir brauchten. Der LCD-Fernseher und das WLAN funktionierten einwandfrei. Auch das Personal war sehr freundlich und aufmerksam. Wir haben uns wirklich willkommen und gut aufgehoben gefühlt. Die Lage des Hotels war perfekt, in der Nähe gab es viele tolle Restaurants und Bars.

Alles war in Ordnung.

The spa facilities were impressive with plenty of options for relaxation and recreation. the warm and refreshing pools along with the aquapark and slides were the best aspects about the stay. Hotel guests had the advantage of reserved sunbeds for unwinding, and the space was big enough for everyone to enjoy. the massage service was also highly recommended, leaving us feeling rejuvenated.

The restaurant experience was a letdown as some of the soups were only available after 1 pm, forcing us to wait uncomfortably long. there were too many outside guests in the spa, sauna and pool areas which made it overcrowded, leading to restrictions in the hotel guest's access to certain areas.

The hotel is very modern and clean with helpful staff. the room and bathroom are nicely decorated with a comfortable bed and a great breakfast is served. the location is good for those who prefer a peaceful environment and there are some facilities in the area such as saunas and relaxation areas.

The location is not ideal for exploring the city on foot.

She helped us with everything from organizing our onward journey to genuinely caring about our wellbeing. The spa area had a lot of great facilities, and our bed was comfortable with a firm mattress. The breakfast was decent, and the hotel itself was clean. The restaurant had delicious food, and there were special areas at the pool for hotel guests.

Would be happy to recommend this hotel.
